This workshop is for students only. While the material is geared toward anthropology students, those enrolled in other programs are welcome to attend. Participants who attend the session will be entered into a raffle for one of 10 copies of Dr. Briody's book "Career Tools for Anthropology."

This class starts with invigorating cardio to get your heart pumping, then transitions into fast-paced Pilates for a full-body workout. This seamless blend of cardio and Pilates will help you build strength, flexibility, and endurance.

This class will focus on strengthening and stretching the entire core. This incluedes not only your abdominal muscles but your back muscles as well. This class will increase core stability and strength.
