Go for a spin! This ride is for everyone. Try this class of high intensity, medium impact cardio training in your target heart rate zone. A towel and water are required. This class is limited to 12 participants.

This class starts with invigorating cardio to get your heart pumping, then transitions into fast-paced Pilates for a full-body workout. This seamless blend of cardio and Pilates will help you build strength, flexibility, and endurance.

This class will focus on strengthening and stretching the entire core. This incluedes not only your abdominal muscles but your back muscles as well. This class will increase core stability and strength.

This is a 30-minute session which utilizes weights to increase muscular strength along with cardiovascular exercises to imporve endurance and stamina.
