This class starts with invigorating cardio to get your heart pumping, then transitions into fast-paced Pilates for a full-body workout. This seamless blend of cardio and Pilates will help you build strength, flexibility, and endurance.

This class will focus on strengthening and stretching the entire core. This incluedes not only your abdominal muscles but your back muscles as well. This class will increase core stability and strength.

This is a 30-minute session which utilizes weights to increase muscular strength along with cardiovascular exercises to imporve endurance and stamina.

This 45-minute class is a full body workout that will have you feeling strong and powerful. There will be various stations that you will move through, which will target different muscles of your body, build strength and cardiovascular endurance. This class is limited to 10 participants.
