The Pilates Method is a full-body conditioning program that develops deep abdominal and back strength, together with increased flexibiity and ease of movement. This class is aimed at "core stability," designed to work on lengthening muscles to help tone and strengthen muscles, using breathing to enhance relaxation.

This dynamic workout will target major muscle groups, enhance strength, and tone with a mix of challenging exercises designed to leave you empowered and energized.

A great class that will use a variety of equipment to tone and strengthen your entire body. This class will have you sweating hard and feeling accomplished.

This 45-minute class is a full body workout that will have you feeling strong and powerful. There will be various stations that you will move through, which will target different muscles of your body, build strength and cardiovascular endurance. The class is limited to 10 participants.

Survivor Ally Training is a powerful opportunity to learn how to support survivors of sexual and relationship violence with empathy, confidence, and care. This interactive session will take place on April 24, 5:30-6:30 p.m. in the University Center, Guadalupe Room.Participants will explore the dynamics of trauma, gain tools for responding to disclosures, and reflect on what it means to be an active and compassionate ally. Whether you're a friend, peer, professional, or simply someone who wants to make a difference, this training offers practical guidance and a space for meaningful growth. Join in building a community where survivors feel seen, heard, and believed.
