This is a 30-minute session which utilizes weights to increase muscular strength along with cardiovascular exercises to imporve endurance and stamina.

Come out to the UTA Bed Races, a 30+ year tradition, and watch teams race their beds in this year’s superhero-themed event. Throw on your favorite hero costume and cheer on the teams for some epic fun!

This class starts with invigorating cardio to get your heart pumping, then transitions into fast-paced Pilates for a full-body workout. This seamless blend of cardio and Pilates will help you build strength, flexibility, and endurance.

This class will focus on strengthening and stretching the entire core. This incluedes not only your abdominal muscles but your back muscles as well. This class will increase core stability and strength.

Performance Cycle 45 is 45 minutes of HIIT cycle class that will challenge your cardio fitness. With group work, fast flats, and heavy climbs this class is designed to take your performance to the next level. A towel and water bottle are required.

Aaron Milam, a student at UTA, will take the stage to share their passion for music with the audience. This recital promises a delightful experience of beautiful melodies and impressive musical talent.This performance is free and open to the public. It takes place in Irons Recital Hall, FA105, located in the South Section of the Fine Arts Building.The doors will open approximately 30 minutes before the performance time.No food or drink, aside from bottled water, is allowed in the recital hall.Parking is available in the West Campus Garage, and ADA parking is available at the meters on Nedderman Drive in front of Texas Hall.
