The Pilates Method is a full-body conditioning program that develops deep abdominal and back strength, together with increased flexibiity and ease of movement. This class is aimed at "core stability," designed to work on lengthening muscles to help tone and strengthen muscles, using breathing to enhance relaxation.

This dynamic workout will target major muscle groups, enhance strength, and tone with a mix of challenging exercises designed to leave you empowered and energized.
