- DescriptionThe University of Texas Arlington Center for Innovation in Health Informatics, The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston, Texas State University, Texas Woman’s University, and The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center are pleased to announce the Texas Health Informatics Alliance Spring Workshop. It will be hosted as an in-person event on Thursday, April 24, from 12:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at The Texas Woman’s University Dallas Campus. This workshop will offer contact hours for Nursing and HIMSS.
Join THIA’s Research, Policy and Standards, and Education and Workforce Development Working Groups for an exciting day of interactive sessions and networking! From exploring grant opportunities and AI-driven innovations in health care to understanding Texas legislative activities and enhancing data strategies, this workshop offers a comprehensive dive into the latest in health informatics. With sessions led by experts like Dr. Mikyoung Lee and Dr. Mari Tietze, you'll gain valuable insights and practical skills to advance your knowledge and career in health informatics.
