Parking and Transportation Services adjust hours for incoming winter weather

UTA’s Parking and Transportation Services are making adjustments Wednesday through Sunday due to possible inclement weather. Parking “After 5 p.m.” parking rules will be enforced from noon Wednesday to midnight Jan. 12. According to the PATS website, all permit holders can park in the West Campus or College Park garages without additional fees. The top floors and ramps of the College Park, West Campus and Maverick parking garages may be closed. Additional areas may be restricted for safety in case of icy conditions. MavMover shuttle buses Daytime services will likely end 6 p.m. Wednesday and the evening Red Route may also be affected. Students can see announcements on their TripShot app. Late Night Security Escort Service vans This service may have reduced or modified hours based on road conditions. Students can check the UTA Mav Mover app for updates. RAPID self-driving shuttles Service between UTA and downtown Arlington will operate as long as conditions allow, and shuttles may switch to manual operations if the weather permits. Students can monitor the Arlington Transportation app for updates. Via On-Demand shopping service Service may become unavailable as road conditions worsen.
