Set to fun and energetic music, each class incorporates an upper body workout with weights and a combination of high-intensity sequences of the thigh, seat, and core exercises. Improving strength, more elongated muscles, and flexibility are key. Each class is designed to leave you feeling invigorated, challenged, and inspired.

Scholarly articles are the written results of a research project or other academic project. During this workshop, you will learn to identify the different parts of a scholarly article and gain a better understanding of their purpose. Organizers will also share tips for reading scholarly articles to get the most of out of your research time.

These foundational techniques have many applications and play a critical role in psychometric measurement scale development. The workshop covers the basics of Mplus syntax as well as key ideas underlying latent variable software modeling.
