Go for a spin! This ride is for everyone. Try this class of high intensity, medium impact cardio training in your target heart rate zone.A towel and water are required. The class size is limited to 12 participants.

The Pilates Method is a full-body conditioning program that develops deep abdominal and back strength, together with increased flexibility and ease of movement.  This class is aimed at core stability and designed to work on lengthening muscles to help tone and strengthen them, using breathing to enhance relaxation.  

Discover what makes you Stronger! This 50-minute workout combines mixed martial arts, Pilates, yoga and much more to help you find your inner warrior. Epic music and soundtracks will guide you as you condition your body and mind.
