Dynamic Flow is a class for sedentary individuals that focuses on mobility, stability, and flexibility to improve balance, coordination, form, and strength.

This is a 30-minute session which utilizes weights to increase muscular strength along with cardiovascular exercises to imporve endurance and stamina.

A nationally recognized leader in Latino civic engagement, Sánchez Barba has dedicated his career to empowering Latinos, protecting democracy, and advocating for the rights of immigrants and vulnerable communities.About the speaker: Héctor Sánchez Barba has played a pivotal role in advancing Latino representation in policy at both the state and national levels. Under his leadership, Mi Familia Vota has built the country’s largest Latino field-organizing infrastructure, challenged voter suppression laws, and mobilized communities. This class starts with invigorating cardio to get your heart pumping, then transitions into fast-paced Pilates for a full-body workout. This seamless blend of cardio and Pilates will help you build strength, flexibility, and endurance.

This class will focus on strengthening and stretching the entire core. This incluedes not only your abdominal muscles but your back muscles as well. This class will increase core stability and strength.
