Current and previous Biology postdoctoral fellows will discuss the different types of postdoc fellowships and grants that can be obtained, from institutional fellowships to NIH/NSF grants. They'll discuss how they identified and obtained theirs, how the different fellowships differ, how they navigated projects, and more.

Join us for this drop-in workshop and learn evidence-based skills to help manage anxiety. Each session is experiential, giving you the opportunity to practice calming techniques such as breathing exercises, gentle mindful yoga, art activities, and positive affirmations.No prior experience is necessary.
