This dance training experience is designed for intermediate and advanced dancers looking to sharpen their skills and build their portfolio, while still welcoming beginners who just want to grow and have fun! This class includes one full hour of focused training, followed by a 30-minute advanced session for dancers to refine choreography, receive feedback, and record footage for reels or auditions.The first month centers on dance fundamentals and strength building! After that, each month will spotlight a new style; from hip-hop to contemporary, jazz, majorette, and more! Ensuring your growth and versatility! Cycle 45 is a 45 minute HIIT cycle class that will challenge your cardio fitness. With group work, fast flats, and heavy climbs, this class is designed to take your performance to the next level.A towel and water bottle are required.
