The Spring Swing D-FW Health Professions Fair offers students a chance to meet admissions staff, directors, and deans from health professions schools, colleges, and programs. Represented programs include medicine, dentistry, pharmacy, optometry, physician assistant, chiropractic, nursing, public health, military medicine, test prep services, and more. Represented schools will include UTSW, UNTHSC, UTMB, Texas A&M, Texas Tech, and many more.

This is a 30-minute session which utilizes weights to increase muscular strength along with cardiovascular exercises to imporve endurance and stamina.

This class starts with invigorating cardio to get your heart pumping, then transitions into fast-paced Pilates for a full-body workout. This seamless blend of cardio and Pilates will help you build strength, flexibility, and endurance.

Group Exercise - All About Abs
This class will focus on strengthening and stretching the entire core. This incluedes not only your abdominal muscles but your back muscles as well. This class will increase core stability and strength.
