Dynamic Flow is a class for sedentary individuals that focuses on mobility, stability, and flexibility to improve balance, coordination, form, and strength.

This is a 30-minute session which utilizes weights to increase muscular strength along with cardiovascular exercises to imporve endurance and stamina.

Under his leadership, Mi Familia Vota has built the country’s largest Latino field-organizing infrastructure, challenged voter suppression laws, and mobilized communities.
